In the US, in most states you can customize license plates for an additional fee. The only requirement is that what you choose to include must be unique for that state. For example, if I was to move to Nebraska, I could not purchase the 'CHESS' license plate. On the other hand, maybe I could get 'CHESS1'; Friday, May 16, 2008 3:00:00 PM CDT
