with the threat of Bf4. the fork on e2 is saved by the bishop.

The queen has nowhere to go. The only squares available to it will lose the Q to bf4

What about 1. Rxe4 (threat is Bf4), Qxg3 2. Rxd4! winning back the queen (which has no retreat) for the bishop (e.g. 2. -, Qc7 3. Bf4 and white is up a pawn and black's strong center has been demolished (and d5 is weak now, too).

Just an idea, perhaps there is any stronger move...
