...there are 61 living US chess GMs. Ben would make 62. Is this accurate? Can someone verify please?

State Top Rated Players List

Select ALL States and FIDE GM title.
Search there are numerous search criteria.

Some GMs might live here and play under a different flag? Or some may only be active on the FIDE list but don't play in USCF rated events.
