Everything has gone according to Hoyle with the top 3 seeds (all tied for 1st with 11 points), but what has happened to the number 4 seed, Bulgaria?

So Armenia acheived the most deciding result of the tournament which would have otherwise found a new champion in Azerbijan easily. Now it is between Russia and Armenia. Bronze for Azeris if they manage Ukraine.

It's clearly premature to relegate the #2 seed, Azerjaiban, to "Bronze". If Armenia and Russia split their match today and Azerjaiban beats the Ukraine, then the Azeris are back in the driver's seat. Far from unlikely!
