The College Chess Final Four is taking place this weekend in Washington, DC. Before the opening ceremony tonight, President Barack Obama met with the Texas Tech Knight Raider chess team (GM Kuljasevic, GM Bykhovsky, GM Diamant, IM Sipos, SM Aleskerov, and GM Polgar).
Below is the picture of President Obama welcoming Knight Raider team captain GM Davorin Kuljasevic. He wished our team good luck and said that he would love to sample some West Texas BBQ next time he is in Lubbock.
