A trivia question: who was the last woman to beat Judit in a classical chess game before Hou Yifan?

;P

Probably Susan Polgar was the last woman to defeat Judit.

Hou is already defeated by Sasikiran in this tournament

Astounding performance by Hou. In fact she has wiped out Super GM's more easily than Carlsen! If it wasn't Hou,I would have smelt a rat. Exciting match ups for today!

Astounding performance by Hou! Yes! and 'can anyone stop Hou?' Well!the diminutive Sasi already did!

She lost to a woman in 1994 to Susan Polgar, Monte Carlo - unless you count her blitz loss to Kosteniuk in Moscow, 1999.

More proof that Susan's dad Lazlo was right, women can play chess just as good as men, this can only be good for our species and our planet. The more that women play chess, the more they will teach their sons chess, the more that men play chess, the less war. Metaphorically put, we can teach our sons to fight with their minds instead of their fists.

She beat two washed up 2700s. Take it easy.

"Hou is already defeated by Sasikiran in this tournament."
You don't understand the question. The question asked is "Can anyone stop Hou Yifan winning the tournament".
I think Hou will play Short for the top prize of 20,000 Pds.
