Qh8 will win a piece because of the knight fork:

1. Qh8 Kh8
2. Nf7 wins the bishop and forks the king and queen. Also, the d-pawn is no threat to white

The knight fork wins a bishop, you just need to get rid of your queen first! Luckily the d-pawn is under control:

1. Qh8! Kxh8
2. Nxf7+ Kg7
3. Nxd6 d3
4. Nc4!
1 - 0

Too easy! Qh8+ and fork coming with knight up.

Q to h8 check.

The real puzzle is figuring out the letters and number below.
