1. Qxe5 Qxe5
2. Nf7+ Kh7
3. Nxe5

1. Qxe5 wins knight. If 1. - , Qxe5 then 2. Nf7+ and wins queen instead.

A move that immediately screams out here, is:

1. Qxe5!

If black takes queen, then white retakes with a knight fork Nf7+, due to the pinned bishop.
White is up with a bishop and wins the game.

It looks like just a very simple tactic, but I can't see any real complications, perhaps I'm missing something.
Qxe5!
Winning the Knight for free. If Black puts hopes into the a-pawn with say ...Qf8, Qxc7 looks safe enough.
If ...Qxe5, Nf7+ Kh7, Nxe5 and the a-pawn is also no threat in this line

Qxe5!

Black cant take coz Nf7+ and the LSB cant take the knight coz its pinned by the Rook.

What if Black does not take the white queen but instead advances the a3-pawn?

1. Qxe5 a2

If

2. Qxa2

then

2. … Qxe5

and

3. Nf7+

no more works.

Is

2. Bd4

good? Or is

2. Qxe8

better?

Well, if 1.Qxe5 a2 2.Bd4! seals the deal.

1. Qxe5 a2
2. Qxe8! a1=Q? (Nxe8 Rxa2 is still up with just a piece)
3. Rxa1! Nxe8 (enforced, Rxa1 Qg6 is down with queen)
4. Rxb1 is up with rook and piece.
