According to the official website, world #1 Magnus Carlsen has entered the 2013 Reykjavik Open! This is great news for those who want to have shot of playing against the #1 player without an invitation to elite events.

Update: I just got a clarification from Espen Agdestein, Magnus' manager. He said that Magnus is not playing and not sure why his name is on the list.

someone should tell liem of viet about this asap. he would join if he knows many strong players are in this tournament. he said he need to play strong playes very much.
