I don't think Carlsen will go for a quiet draw against Giri, even if the title is under wraps. That is not what Carlsen is all about.

Professor Carlsen certainly schooled Naka on how to play winning chess. Naka looked mediocre, which he is when compared to Carlsen.

Nakamura belongs at the top with Magnus.

I wish Nakamura were on top with Magnus. But to be on top, he has to play top chess. Sadly, his play in the last couple of games has fallen short. Therefore he "belongs" to be exactly where he is.

Nakamura remains #1 in Japan.

Anand is already playing as best as he could, yet Carlsen still looks clearly superior. Carlsen is the true world champion, and one for the ages.

To be world champion in chess, you have to beat the current world champion in a match. Until Magnus does that, please do not call him world champion. It is insulting to all the great chess players who have held the title and of course to the current world champion Anand. Carlsen is no 1 in the chess rankings, that is all.
