I played a game a few months ago with the same mating theme, but my opponent, fortunately, missed it completely while in deep time trouble. Everything is forced:

1. Qe8 Re8 (Kg7 2.Bf8 etc.)
2. Re8 Kg7
3. Bf8 Kg8/h8
4. Bh6#
