I think I understand Carlsen a little better after this tournament. Carlsen doesn't worry whether his position is theoretically very good, as long as he can keep things happening in it. Though he's tactically razor-sharp, his games rarely look flashy. His endings are top-notch. And he's mentally ready to play anything. This reads like a description of Emanuel Lasker.
