Seevrsl near misses so no wonder the word "precision" is used.

Forced is

1. Be4+ Rb7 (if Rc6, then Qb8#)
2. Qb8+ Rxb8
3. Rxa7+ Bxa7
4. Nc7#

To Oleg Mezjuev:

1. Rxa7+?

fails to

1. ... Rxa7

To enforce taking on a7 with bishop, you have to start with:

1. Be4+ Rb7

This is the only winning first move, to minimize blacks options, which is also quite intuitive.

The next 2 moves seem interchangable.
