To prevent escape via c4. King is trapped and black can't prevent R7a5#, since he can't push the c6 pawn, and the c3 and f6 pawns stop black bishop from interfering.

Should be mate in 4.

Ra1-a4 (guards the c4 square)

White can either play Ra7-a5# or Ra4-b5# on the next move.

The need to keep black from opening a safe hole on c6, and to keep the black king out of c4 on subsequent moves should lead one to find the mating line.
