Seems too easy, so I think I have to be missing the strongest line somehow. In any case, white can win a piece with the simple...

1. Nd6 Qd6 (forced)
2. Qf5 Kb7 (e-file no good for Q)
3. Ne4

With a fork of the queen and bishop, and a double attack on the bishop. Black must lose the bishop.

>>A2-2...Rd7.3.Ne4!.Qd3 other moves lose the bishop.4.Rbd1!.Qc2.5.Qxd7+.Kb8.6.Nxf6 a piece and R up wins easily.
>>A3-2...Kc7/b8.3.Ne4!.followed by 4.Qxf6 winning a piece and the game.
