FIDE World Rapid Championship starts tomorrow!


FIDE World Rapid Championship 2014

The FIDE World Rapid Chess Championship 2014 will take place from 16th to 18st June, 2014 in Dubai, the most populous city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The event will gather 122 of the strongest chess players in the world, including the reigning world champion Magnus Carlsen.

The hefty prize fund of $400,000 attracted more top-10 players such are Levon Aronian, Alexander Grischuk, Viswanathan Anand, Fabiano Caruana, Hikaru Nakamura, Sergey Karjakin and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave.

Magnus is a very big bug the size of Godzilla... Nakamura would not even think of going near him or he would be crush to pieces lol
